Sunday Postcard Art

The theme at Sunday Postcard Art is faces, hosted by Deborah. I'm sorry to get this posted so late, but I've been experiencing computer problems. So this post was delayed due to technical issues, I guess you could say.
Anyway, since Deborah selected faces, I decided to deck out a whimsey girl. I haven't created one in at least a year, if not years.
